The first room to be renovated was the bedroom on the south east corner. We started on 26th August 2008 by removing all the plaster and lath from the inside of the exterior walls so we could insulate. Lots of dust!!

The roof of the house was not in the best of condition. No leaks just flaky brown paint, some sheets starting to lift and no insulation or sisilation.
