That is a good question. You could also add:

Are the products environmentally friendly?
How do I know they are environmentally friendly?
Can I source them locally?
Are they Australian made?
How many miles/kilometers do they haveto travel to get here?
Can they be recycled at the end of their life?
Does the company have a “Cradle to Grave” policy
